At Maned, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or accessories.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@maned.co.in with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or wrong products)
  2. Our support team will review the request and guide you through the process.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit, based on your preference.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed and cannot be cancelled.
